Terms of sale

In force from 7 November 2026.

These terms cover orders placed with VISKO (visko.com.au, operated by , ABN ) through ChatGPT or Claude and paid for on this website. Your order is printed by our partner printer and delivered in VISKO's name.

Your contract with us is made when Stripe confirms your payment and your order shows as paid. The version of these terms on this page when you paid is the one that applies to your order.

Delivery

After you confirm the proof, we place your order with the printer. Once it has gone to the printer, we give you an estimated delivery date: the day it went to the printer plus the product's production time plus the delivery time to your postcode, counted in working days (Monday to Friday). Public holidays aren't taken into account, so around them delivery can take longer. The date is an estimate, not a guarantee. You can follow your order in your account, through your assistant or on the order status page, and we email you each time its status changes.

Your order is delivered when the courier hands it over at the address you gave us, or leaves it there where you or the courier's process allows that.

Check your delivery address before you pay. It can't be changed once you've paid. If the address you gave is wrong or incomplete, we can't send the order somewhere else: you need to place a new order with the right address. We aren't responsible for an order delivered to the address you gave us. Until we've placed the order with our printer, you can still cancel it for a full refund (below) and order again.

If the courier can't deliver (no one there to sign, no safe place to leave it), it follows its own process, such as leaving a card or holding the parcel at a depot. If the parcel comes back, we tell you, and send it again to the same address once you ask us to. You pay only the courier's actual cost of the second delivery, which we tell you before sending it.

Cancelling or changing your order

Before you pay, there is nothing to cancel: an unpaid quote simply expires and you owe nothing.

After you pay, you can cancel your order for any reason until its status changes to "sent to the printer". You can see the status in your account, and we email you when it changes. To cancel, email us at with your order number. If your email reaches us before we've placed the order with our printer, we refund everything you paid. From then on it is printed to your order, and we don't cancel it for a change of mind; your rights if something is wrong with it, below, still apply.

Once you've paid, the product, size, material, finishing, quantity and delivery address can't be changed. To change any of them, cancel the order as above and ask your assistant for a new quote.

If you find a mistake on your proof, don't confirm it. Email us before you confirm, and we'll refund the order in full so you can upload a corrected file and get a new quote.

When we cancel an order

If our review finds that your file can't be printed as it is and you decide not to go ahead, we cancel the order and refund everything you paid. We may also cancel an order that hasn't gone to our printer when you haven't given us a file that passes within 14 days of our asking for changes, or haven't confirmed your proof within 14 days of our sending it. We only do that after emailing you at least 7 days ahead, giving you the chance to upload a file or confirm the proof, or to ask us for more time. If we cancel, we refund everything you paid.

If we or our printer can't make your order, we tell you as soon as we know and refund everything you paid.

Refunds

We refund in full: everything you paid for the order, delivery included, to the card you paid with. Refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear on your card. If you were charged twice for the same order, we refund the extra payment.

Faulty, damaged or lost orders

Your rights. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These rights have no fixed time limit: they last for a reasonable time, depending on the goods.

Telling us about a problem. If your order arrives with a fault in the printing, damaged, or isn't what you ordered (the wrong product, size, material, finishing or quantity), email us at , call us on or write to us at . Give your order number, tell us what's wrong, and send photos of the problem (and of the packaging, if you still have it). Photos are usually all we need. If we ask you to send the goods back, we tell you how; under the Australian Consumer Law, if the goods are faulty, we repay your reasonable cost of returning them.

Problems that come from your file. We print the file you confirmed on your proof. We don't treat a problem as our fault if it comes from what your file says or how it is designed (for example a spelling mistake), or if the proof warned you about it and you confirmed anyway. If our checks should have caught a problem with how your file prints (such as its colours, size, bleed, resolution or fonts) and didn't, tell us and we'll put it right. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.

Lost on the way. Your order is at our risk until it is delivered. If it is lost before then, tell us and we reprint it or refund everything you paid. If a reprint wouldn't reach you in time to be useful, you choose the refund. If it arrives damaged, tell us as above.

Buying for your business

These terms apply to business customers too. If you buy our prints to resell or supply to others, the Australian Consumer Law's consumer guarantees may not apply to those prints; the rest of these terms still do.

About these terms

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria. Either of us can bring a dispute about them in the courts of Victoria or of the state or territory where you live. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
